City of Cleveland Kennel is Full, Adoption Fees Lowered

by Tatyana Mcknight The City of Cleveland Kennel is located at 9203 Detroit Avenue. The shelter will be open from 10 a.m. until 3 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday. All adoptable dogs are vaccinated, microchipped, spayed/neutered and come with a Cuyahoga County license. Drop-ins are welcome but appointments are encouraged.
