Neighbors took advantage of the opportunity to meet other neighbors, eat Scoops ice cream, and partake in the Holmden Bhurer Rowley/Mentor Castle Clark annual cookout at the Clark Bar on Wednesday evening. Tremont west and Scoops have teamed up with the Clark Bar for ice cream socials on the two prior Wednesdays as well.
