Tremont… Guess Who’s Back?
Surprise! (Okay not really — everyone’s been watching construction through the windows.)
Edison’s Pizza Kitchen (1307 Auburn) is officially coming back home to Tremont.
We’re moved into the old Lava Lounge space, adding some new energy, keeping some nostalgia, and promising to serve pizza that’s worth talking about later.
We’re starting VERY softly — like whisper-soft.
Limited hours, every Friday and Saturday for the next few weeks from 4pm- late.
Limited menu. Lots of excitement.
Because opening a restaurant is hard and we believe in honesty.
And for everyone asking:
No, we’re not leaving Dave’s or Lucky’s.
We love them. We’re staying.
You can also still bake us in your pajamas — Edison’s Take & Bake lives on at both grocery stores.
Tremont, thanks for welcoming us home. We missed you.
