Tremont Animal Clinic Appointment and Medication Pick-Up

Tremont Animal Clinic’s Office Manager Jen delivered three doses of pet flea medication into the open car trunk of a long-time client on Friday.

Less than two months ago, Tremont Animal Clinic (216-298-5011) moved its entire practice from W. 14th Street to its brand-new facility at 2885 West 25th St. The veterinary clinic cherished by so many in Tremont’s pet-loving community had just begun adjusting to its new location when the COVID-19 crisis called on the Tremont Animal Clinic staff to strategize safe appointment procedures, curbside appointment pickup, and curbside medication pickup.

As the situation surrounding COVID-19 continues to evolve, Tremont Animal Clinic is committed to adapting to the challenges Tremont, as a community, now faces.

APPOINTMENT AND MEDICATION PICK-UP In order to comply with the CDC and State recommendations, we are encouraging social distancing by requiring curbside service only. Please call in to our clinic at 216-298-5011 to let us know of your arrival and we will transport your pet to and from their appointment and deliver any medication or food required once the visit is finished. We request that clients stay outside the building or in their car. Communication will be done by phone. We are requesting payment with a credit card to minimize contact. We are still accepting cash and check if this is the only available form of payment. If you are picking up medication or food we will deliver that to you in your vehicle. We can take payment at the time you arrive or you can pre pay over the phone prior to picking up if preferred. We appreciate your patience as we have the safety of our clients, their pets and our staff at the forefront of our efforts.
