I would not replace it. I hope they catch whoever did it. I noticed work being done today while working at the food pantry, but had no idea what was going on!
Time to put up bollards every 3 feet and if they do replace the atm. Put it in the back somewhere. That store is constantly losing there atm. Re-enforce the walls so this doesnt happen again.
